IMPORTANT STUFF:
- Ticket includes admission for one parent and one child age 8+. An additional children's tickets can be added on for $50. (Please limit this to 1 additional child per parent for a max of 2 children per parent.)
- Parents, you will be required to sign a liability release form at the start of the class. Please read this digital copy before you decide to enroll.
- Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration may be transferable to another France 44 class, or, if given a 48+ hour notice, we can issue you a class credit.
- If you have dietary restrictions, please email austin@france44.com or call us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate all requests!
- Parking in our lot is very limited, and the center spots are 30 minutes only. However, parking is available on 44th Street, France Ave, and Drew Ave S. Please refer to THIS MAP for more parking information!

Class Type: Hands-On! | These are our most involved and participatory classes, where you get the opportunity to learn a hands-on skill. Anyone can do it, though--no prior experience required to attend!

Parents, grab your culinary kiddos! Kids cooking classes are here at France 44!
Learn to pull your own mozzarella curd! We’ll walk you step-by-step through the hands-on process of turning cow's milk curd into perfect balls of fresh mozzarella. You'll be amazed at how simple and fun it is! Be prepared to dip your hands into some warm water and to stretch and stretch again (but not too much) before you feast on the fruits of your labor. Oh, and you'll go home with almost 2 pounds of the most delicious, most plumptious mozzarella you've ever tasted, perfect on pizzas, in pastas, salads, sandwiches, and, of course, its own.


MEET THE INSTRUCTOR:
Austin Coe Butler
Austin is the Education Director at France 44 and our resident cheese maker. When he’s not behind the cheese counter or leading classes in the Events Space, he can be found reading, gardening, or in the kitchen coming up with new class ideas to share with our customers and staff.
