Sophie was raised in Burgundy, but over the course of her winemaking journey came to fall in love with Alsace. She's an intrepid winemaker who is able to pay homage to traditional Alsatian wines while adding her own spin to them. These wines are outrageously food-friendly and the perfect compliment to the hearty food of Alsace. We'll be pairing each of Sophie's wines with a variety of traditional Alsatian foods.
