What is your cancellation policy?

All tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration may be transferable to a pal or you may transfer to another France 44 class if given minimum three days notice. 

Are classes ever cancelled?

Rarely, but it does happen. If France 44 cancels a class we will provide a minimum of 48 hours notice and refund your purchase to the original form of payment.

Do I need to bring a ticket or print out with me to my class?

No need! We will have your name written down on our class list and a place reserved for you at a table

What’s the vibe like during a class? Should I be taking notes or is this social hour?

Whether or not you were the teacher’s pet or the class clown shouldn’t make much of a difference. Our classes are designed to be informative and fun. So that everyone might enjoy class, we kindly ask that you try and keep socializing to before/after class and during breaks.

Any tips to make my class more enjoyable?

Please be prompt! We pack our classes full with lots of delicious things to taste and things to learn, and we want to make sure you get in on all of it.

Skip the perfumes, colognes, and strongly scented lotions. We want you to enjoy the nose on your wine and the aromas of your cheese.

What time should I arrive?

Doors open 15 minutes before class begins -- Arrive early and enjoy your welcome beverage next to the fireplace in our Event Space Lounge or, if it’s nice, outside on the patio. 

Where should I park?

Parking in the France 44 lot is very limited, and the center spots are 30 minutes only. However, there is ample parking on 44th Street, France Ave, and Drew Ave S. Please refer to THIS MAP for more parking information!  

Should I eat dinner before class?

Light snacks (and cheese!) will be provided, but we always encourage you to eat beforehand or grab a sandwich in the cheese shop before heading up to class.

Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. Please let us know of any allergies at least 48 hours before class

Can I sit with my friends?

Sure thing. If you would like to sit next to another attendee who has registered separately, please email josh@france44.com with your preferences

Do you ever offer private classes?

We sure do! We love hosting friends, colleagues, families, or any combination thereof. Choose from one of our classes that we regularly offer or ask us to put together a class especially for you and your crew. Email events@france44.com for more information

I'd like to buy a class for someone as a gift but not exactly sure of how to pick a class for them. What are my options?

Your best bet is our handy gift-a-class. You pick the dollar amount and then they can redeem whenever for whichever class they like.
