Instructors: Chris Masad & Graham Luterbach

Join agave nerds Chris & Graham for Agave 101 in a fun, introductory class all about the amazing agave plant and its many uses. You’ll learn about the different types of agave, its history in ancient cultures, and how it's used to make everything from tequila to mezcal to sotol (and some other surprises too). We’ll also explore its role in sustainability in modern-day farming. Attendees will enjoy a guided flight of agave spirits, a personal snack plate, and special pricing on all featured spirits. Whether you're an agave aficionado or just curious about this versatile plant, this class has something for everyone!
