Join us for a once in a life time opportunity to try some outstanding Bordeaux from one of the world's most acclaimed producers: Château Phélan Ségur. Overlooking the Médoc River in Saint-Estèphe, Château Phélan Ségur sits on rolling hills of gravel, clay, and sand perfect for growing the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot that will be masterfully blended in Bordeaux. While the focus of this class will be on the Bordeaux produced by Château Phélan Ségur, we'll also have a chance to try a few other wines as well to illustrate how the region also produces white wines like Sauternes and Sémillon. All of these wines come from grapes grown at the same château, so you'll get an incredible opportunity to taste the terroir of this postage stamp of land.
