Class Type: Class Take Notes! | These are our classic "lecture-styled" classes, where you're given lots of in-depth information by a knowledgeable instructor. Anyone is welcome to attend, but these classes are geared toward folks with more than a passing interest in the subject.

Calling all cheese lovers! Have you ever wondered what the best way to store cheese is? Or if you can eat the rind? How about cheese with mold on it? What is cheese anyway? And how is it made? What’s the best way to enjoy it? How should you cut and serve cheese? If you’ve found yourself asking any of these questions, this is the class for you! Join cheesemonger Michelle as we explore the stories and science behind some of the world’s most popular styles of cheeses, all while looking at what matters most: flavor!

In this class attendees will enjoy a range of delicious cheeses from our Cheese Shop with carefully selected beverage pairings all in the comfort of our new Event Space! Special event pricing will also be offered on all things tasted.

IMPORTANT STUFF: 

• Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration may be transferable to another France 44 class, or, if given a 48+ hour notice, we can issue you a class credit.
• We love kids, and they are welcome in this class! All of our cooking classes are suitable for children 16+, and we welcome younger children as well, but please email us before you purchase a ticket so we can help determine if a particular class is appropriate for your kiddo! Children must be attended by an adult during the class.

• Parking in our lot is very limited, and the center spots are 30 minutes only. However, parking is available on 44th Street, France Ave, and Drew Ave S. Please refer to THIS MAP for more parking information!
