The Holidays are a special time of the year, not just to celebrate with friends and family, but also to enjoy our most anticipated and exclusive seasonal cheeses! Join Cheesemonger Austin as we indulge in extra-aged Comté Sagesse and Brabander Reserve, decadent, truffle-stuffed Truffle Shuffle, gooey Rush Creek Reserve, and Langres, an exquisite cheese for Champagne and the New Year. This is the perfect class to celebrate the holiday season! In addition to the cheeses, we’ll enjoy an array our house-made charcuterie, and, of course, wine pairings including bubbles.

IMPORTANT STUFF:

Must be 21+ to attend (Please reach out if you have questions)
Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration may be transferable to another France 44 class if given a 48+ hour notice.
Please notify France 44 with any dietary restrictions or preferences.
Parking in our lot is limited, however, parking is available on 44th Street and Drew Ave S.

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR:

Sophia Stern

Sophia has been with the France 44 Cheese Shop since 2019, though she has worked in cheese since 2015 in her hometown of Brooklyn, NY. She combines her passion for food and wine in pairing classes and loves to tell stories of the farmers and cheesemakers who make the cheeses we adore possible.
