Instructor: Austin Coe Butler

Class type: Take Notes! | These are our classic "lecture-styled" classes, where you're given lots of in-depth information by a knowledgeable instructor. Anyone is welcome to attend, but these classes are geared toward folks with more than a passing interest in the subject.

WHAT YOU'LL GET IN THIS CLASS:

  • A deep-dive, instructor-led tasting.
  • Individual cheese plate.
  • Curated beverage pairings.
  • Special pricing on all featured beverages.
  • After hours access to the Cheese Shop.
The Holidays are a special time of the year, not just to celebrate with friends and family, but also to enjoy our most anticipated and exclusive seasonal cheeses! Join our Public Events & Education Director Austin as we indulge in extra-aged Comté Sagesse and Brabander Reserve, boozy, festive Holiday Cheer, gooey Rush Creek Reserve, and Langres, an exquisite cheese to ring in the New Year with a flute of Champagne. This is the perfect class to celebrate the holiday season!

IMPORTANT STUFF:

  • Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration may be transferable to another France 44 class if given a 48+ hour notice.
