Class type: Take Notes! | These are our classic "lecture-styled" classes, where you're given lots of in-depth information by a knowledgeable instructor. Anyone is welcome to attend, but these classes are geared toward folks with more than a passing interest in the subject.

WHAT YOU'LL GET IN THIS CLASS:

  • A deep-dive, instructor-led tasting.
  • Individual cheese plate.
  • Curated beverage pairings.
  • Special pricing on all featured beverages.
  • After hours access to the Cheese Shop.
The Holidays are a special time of the year, not just to celebrate with friends and family, but also to enjoy our most anticipated and exclusive seasonal cheeses! Join our Public Events & Education Director Austin as we indulge in extra-aged Comté Sagesse and Brabander Reserve, savory, festive Truffle Shuffle, gooey Rush Creek Reserve, and Langres, an exquisite cheese to ring in the New Year with a flute of Champagne. This is the perfect class to celebrate the holiday season!

IMPORTANT STUFF:

Sophia at the Cheese Counter

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR:

Sophia Stern

Sophia has been with the France 44 Cheese Shop since 2019, though she has worked in cheese since 2015 in her hometown of Brooklyn, NY. She combines her passion for food and wine in pairing classes and loves to tell stories of the farmers and cheesemakers who make the cheeses we adore possible.
