Step into the world of chicken butchery and cookery with this limited-seat class led by head butcher Dewey Ikeda. This workshop begins with an in-depth demonstration, guiding you through the intricate process of breaking down a chicken. Following the demonstration, each attendee will have the hands-on opportunity to break down their own chicken that they'll take home, gaining practical skills and insights into butchering techniques. We'll then cover the basics of chicken cookery, how to season, sear, and make stock from it, before sitting down to enjoy a hot meal and glass of wine.
IMPORTANT STUFF:
- Must be 21+ to attend (Please reach out if you have questions)
- Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration may be transferable to another France 44 class if given a 48+ hour notice.
- Please notify France 44 with any dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Parking in our lot is limited, however, parking is available on 44th Street, France Ave, and Drew Ave S.
