Step into the world of chicken butchery with our exclusive class led by head butcher Dewey Ikeda. Limited to just 24 participants, this workshop begins with an in-depth 30-40 minute demonstration, guiding you through the intricate process. Following the demonstration, each attendee will have the hands-on opportunity to break down two Kadejan chickens, gaining practical skills and insights into butchering techniques. As a bonus, take home your expertly portioned and packaged chickens for your culinary experiments!

  • Must be 21+ to attend (Please reach out if you have questions)
  • Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration may be transferable to another France 44 class if given a 48+ hour notice.
  • Please notify France 44 with any dietary restrictions or preferences.
  • Parking in our lot is limited, however, parking is available on 44th Street, France Ave, and Drew Ave S.
