We'll cover the fundamentals of knife skills, cookery, seasoning, how to stay organized and efficient in the kitchen, while picking up a few tricks of the trade. You'll enjoy your own from-scratch meal and a glass of wine at the end of class and leave with newfound confidence in the kitchen! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned cook looking to enhance your skills, this class is designed to elevate your confidence in the kitchen.

• Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration may be transferable to another France 44 class if given a 48+ hour notice.
