Class Type: Hands-On! | These are our most involved and participatory classes, where you get the opportunity to learn a hands-on skill. Anyone can do it, though--no prior experience required to attend!
WHAT YOU'LL GET IN THIS CLASS:
- A chef-led demonstration followed by hands-on experience.
- Make your own cinnamon rolls from scratch to take and bake at home using the lessons you've learned.
- Enjoy a light brunch of fresh cinnamon rolls, assorted meats, cheeses, and a coffee and juice bar including mimosas.
- Take-home notes and recipe.
- Some lasting memories!
Join our lead baker Chris for a cozy Saturday morning dedicated to making cinnamon rolls with your friends and family! Chris will lead you through the whole process of making cinnamon rolls from scratch. A light brunch of freshly baked cinnamon rolls, meats, and cheeses will be served at the end of class alongside a coffee and juice bar (including mimosas!). Whether you've made cinnamon rolls before or not, this is the perfect class to spend a lazy morning with your family. You'll leave this class with your own cinnamon rolls to take and bake at home.

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR:
Chris Boles
Chris is the Head Baker at France 44. When his hands are not covered in flour and dough they are covered with grease, oil and debris from antique tractors. He was the owner and operator of Fire & Flour Bread and was once featured in a national magazine as one of the top ten up-and-coming bakers to watch.
