Come make focaccia with us! We’ll cover what differentiates focaccia from other breads and get hands on in this class. You’ll make your own dough to take home and bake, as well as use pre-starts to bake your own in class. At the end of class, you’ll enjoy a steaming hot slice of your very own focaccia with accompaniments and a glass of wine. Buonissima!

IMPORTANT STUFF:
- Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration may be transferable to another France 44 class if given a 48+ hour notice.
- Please notify France 44 with any dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Parking in our lot is limited, however, parking is available on 44th Street, France Ave, and Drew Ave S.
