Plump, pillowy gnocchi. Is there anything more comforting? Join Chef Azeria in this hands-on class, where you'll make gnocchi from scratch. We'll cover how to make, shape, and cook the perfect gnocchi. You'll enjoy a warm bowl of your own, hand-made gnocchi with a glass of wine at the end of class as you beam over your beautiful (and delicious) gnocchi.

IMPORTANT STUFF:
- Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration may be transferable to another France 44 class if given a 48+ hour notice.
- Please notify France 44 with any dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Parking in our lot is limited, however, parking is available on 44th Street, France Ave, and Drew Ave S.

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR:
Azeria Buening
Azeria is the Kitchen Manager at France 44. She has been cooking professionally for 15 years and has been really good at it for 5. She studied Culinary Arts at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, and has been lucky enough to work for and with multiple alumni in the Twin Cities area. Azeria is the mother to two rambunctious children ages two and six that keep her very busy outside of the kitchen and she enjoys video games and writing in her free time.
