Get ready for a 3-day adventure in the kitchen! Our Kids’ Cooking Camp is perfect for young chefs who love to mix, measure, and cook delicious food. Designed for ages 12+, this camp combines hands-on cooking fun with valuable kitchen skills.
Each day features exciting recipes and activities that explore the flavors, ingredients, and techniques of Italian cuisine. From homemade pasta to fresh mozzarella, kids will learn how to create their own masterpieces, all while gaining confidence in the kitchen.
By the end of the camp, kids will bring home not only new skills but also delicious recipes to recreate for family and friends. Plus, parents get to join us at the end of Day 3 for a delicious meal, cooked & served by our new chefs!

The Details:
- Tuesday, August 11th - Thursday, August 13th | 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. daily
- Ages 12+
- Students will enjoy the dishes they prepare throughout the camp for lunch and tasting each day. We recommend bringing a water bottle and light snack if desired.
- Menu contains gluten, dairy, and egg. We are unable to make substitutions.

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR:
Anna Glassman-Kaufman
Anna manages the marketing here at France 44, and comes from a background in baking and pastry. She has loved getting to learn more about cheese & wine at France 44 and when she's not at work, you can find Anna dreaming about Italy, gardening, seeing live music, and tending to her sourdough starter, Massimo.
