Class Type: Social Hour | These are our "education lite" classes--a fun, social atmosphere where you'll walk away with new information, but are still able to enjoy time with your friends in a casual setting.

We welcome back our good friend and award winning cheesemaker, Andy Hatch of Uplands Cheese, for a fun and delicious dinner event. Andy will talk about life on his dairy farm while you dine on a hearty dinner of our house made sausages paired with Uplands Pleasant Ridge Reserve.

After dinner you’ll have the unique and very special opportunity to participate in France 44’s batch selection of Pleasant Ridge Reserve. Each year our cheese buying team selects two batches of Pleasant Ridge (160 wheels!) that are exclusive to our shops. You will sample several different batches and cast your vote for which ones are your favorite. Don’t miss out on this incredibly special insiders look at cheesemaking and how we at France 44 benefit from Andy’s hard work.

• Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration may be transferable to another France 44 class if given 48+ hour notice.

• France 44 has ample parking for all attendees and is wheelchair accessible.
