Meet the Cheesemaker: Thomas Berglund from Sweden! | June 6th | 6:00-7:30pm

Join us for an extra-special cheese class with Thomas Berglund and Tommy Larsson of Almnäs Bruk in Sweden, brought to you by our good friends at Maker to Monger! You know Almnäs Bruk for the fan-favorite Wrängeback cheese, and you'll fall even deeper in love with this incredible producer as you listen to Thomas and Tommy share the magic of cheesemaking in West Sweden.

You'll enjoy hand-selected wine pairings and tasty house-made bites to highlight the cheese as you learn what makes this place so special. This is not a full dinner, but come ready to eat and drink well!

• Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration may be transferable to another France 44 class if given a 48 hour notice.
• All classes are subject to minimum enrollment and precautions concerning COVID-19 transmission rates. If a class is cancelled, we'll notify you 48 hours in advance.
• Please notify France 44 with any dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Parking in our lot is limited, however, parking is available on 44th Street, France Ave, and Drew Ave S.
