Join Dan Oskey of Tattersall Distilling and Ashley Otis as they teach you some seasonal twists on fundamental styles of cocktails, from stirred and shaken drinks, to fizzes and more. You'll not only learn about these essential styles of cocktails and sample them along the way, you'll also get a chance to try your hand at making them from a full bar kit set-up to give you the confidence to make them at home. Light fare will be provided to snack on, and we'll also have special discounts.

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR:
Dan Oskey
Dan’s journey in hospitality began in high school and evolved into a lifelong career. In 2015, following two decades behind the bar, he co-founded Tattersall Distilling with a childhood friend, Jon. Today, that partnership has grown into the nation's most sustainable distillery. Based in River Falls, Wisconsin, Tattersall now produces over 30 award-winning spirits and liqueurs distributed across 20 states. While Dan leads sales and product development, his core philosophy remains rooted in the industry that started it all: genuine hospitality.
