Class Type: Hands-On! | These are our most involved and participatory classes, where you get the opportunity to learn a hands-on skill. Anyone can do it, though--no prior experience required to attend!
WHAT YOU'LL GET IN THIS CLASS:
- chef-led demonstration
- make your own fresh pasta
- pasta dinner and a glass of wine or beer
- take-home notes and recipe
Get your hands dirty and learn how to make your own pasta from scratch! We will cover all of the pasta making basics from choosing the best ingredients to deciding which pasta shapes to make. You will be able to mix, roll, and shape your own pasta dough - then, best of all, cook and enjoy your creation with a glass of wine!
DIETARY: Please note that our cooking classes may include gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts, and/or meat products. Please state any dietary restrictions in the registration form or via email, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
IMPORTANT STUFF:
- Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration may be transferable to another France 44 class if given a 48+ hour notice.
- Please notify France 44 with any dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Parking in our lot is limited, however, parking is available on 44th Street, France Ave, and Drew Ave S.
