Join us for a fun and educational, hands-on pizza making class! We will cover everything from how to pick the best flour all the way to launching your pizza into our deck oven. You'll also take away tips on how to make great pizza at home. Participants will have a chance to mix their own dough, stretch and top their pizza, as well as cook and enjoy some at the end of class. 

**Please let us know of any allergies in advance—we’re sorry that we don’t have gluten free crust at this time.**

IMPORTANT STUFF: 

  • Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration may be transferable to another France 44 class if given a 48+ hour notice.
  • Please notify France 44 with any dietary restrictions or preferences.
  • Parking in our lot is limited, however, parking is available on 44th Street, France Ave, and Drew Ave S.

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR:

Natalie currently teaches the Pizza, Pasta, and Knife Skills classes at France 44, and has been working in and running restaurants for 15 years. She is also the owner of Rowan Private Dining, a private chef & catering service operating in the Twin Cities. When not cooking, teaching, or reading about food, she spends her free time hiking with her dog, traveling, or dining at one of the many delicious restaurants MN has to offer!
