In this hands-on cooking class, you'll master the art of making authentic risotto. This famous—and often feared—dish from Northern Italy relies on high-quality, simple ingredients and time to create a beautiful meal. We'll focus on the basics as we dive into this iconic winter dish, preparing a warm pot of risotto from scratch. At the end of class, you'll enjoy your bowl of risotto with a nice glass of wine in our cozy space!

Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration may be transferable to another France 44 class if given a 48+ hour notice.

Parking in our lot is limited, however, parking is available on 44th Street, France Ave, and Drew Ave S.

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR:

Anna Glassman-Kaufman

Anna is the Marketing Coordinator here at France 44, and comes from a background in baking and pastry. She has loved getting to learn more about cheese & wine at France 44 and when she's not at work, you can find Anna gardening, seeing live music, and tending to her sourdough starter, Massimo.
