Spring is almost here, and that means it's the season to drink pink! Join us for an evening of celebrating the full spectrum of pink wine. You'll start off with a pink welcome drink on our rooftop patio (weather permitting), then move into a more formal setting to learn about classic rosé production, complete with tasty examples.
Afterwards, you'll move back to the patio to explore different tastes of some of our favorite rosés that push your palate into new territories of deliciousness. Enjoy a casual tasting environment at your own pace while you nibble on cheese and snacks from the France 44 Cheese Shop.
IMPORTANT STUFF:
- Participants must be 21 years old.
- Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration may be transferable to another France 44 class if given a 48+ hour notice.
- Please notify France 44 with any dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Parking in our lot is limited, however, parking is available on 44th Street, France Ave, and Drew Ave S.
- France 44 is wheelchair accessible.
MEET THE INSTRUCTOR:
Emily Cochrane
Emily started working on the wine team at France 44 in 2022 following many years working in Twin Cities restaurants, and she has her WSET Level 3 in wine. Her favorite styles of wine are always changing, as is the dynamic world of wine! Her fridge and bar are consistently stocked with cheap bubbles, way too many jars of pickles, and Fernet Branca.
