Instructor: Dewey Ikeda

Learn the foundations of making sausage with our head butcher Dewey Ikeda! This hands-on workshop will begin with a general introduction to how to make, season, and portion sausage before you take a turn making your own! You'll gain practical skills and insights into sausage making and techniques and leave with a few sausages of your own! We'll then move onto the many ways to cook sausage before we sit down for a hot meal and a glass of wine.

IMPORTANT STUFF: 
  • Must be 21+ to attend (Please reach out if you have questions)
  • Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration may be transferable to another France 44 class if given a 48+ hour notice.
  • Please notify France 44 with any dietary restrictions or preferences.
  • Parking in our lot is limited, however, parking is available on 44th Street, France Ave, and Drew Ave S.

Dewey Ikeda

Dewey is our Head Butcher here at France 44. He has nearly 20 years of industry experience and is constantly excited to share that knowledge with others who are eager to learn.
