Instructors: Beth Robertson-Martin and Brandon Schlautman

Whether you're a spirits enthusiast, a sustainability nerd, or just someone who likes knowing where your drink comes from, this class will change the way you think about what's in your glass. Come thirsty and curious!

Join Perennial Spirits co-founders Beth Robertson-Martin and Brandon Schlautman for an evening that traces a single grain from the soil to your glass. Brandon is a Kernza farmer and plant scientist whose work with this remarkable perennial grain is changing the way we think about agriculture — and spirits. Beth brings the story of how that grain becomes one of the most distinctive vodkas in America.

WHAT YOU'LL GET IN THIS CLASS:

  • A deep-dive, instructor-led tasting.
  • A welcome cocktail, crafted especially for this class by Beth.
  • A flight of several cocktails showcasing Perennial Spirit's vodka distilled from Kernza.
  • An individual cheese plate.
  • Special pricing on all featured spirits.
  • Some lasting memories!
