Brandon is a Kernza farmer and plant scientist whose work with this remarkable perennial grain is changing the way we think about agriculture — and spirits. Beth brings the story of how that grain becomes one of the most distinctive vodkas in America.

Beth Robertson-Martin is a regenerative agriculture strategist and co-founder of Perennial Spirits, Shine Sourcing, Merge Impact, and 40 Century Grain. Raised on an organic farm in Missouri, she has spent over a decade building sustainable grain supply chains, championing perennial crops like Kernza®, and forging partnerships that reshape our food and farming future.
