Venture off the beaten path with distinguished France 44 alum Amy Waller of The German Wine Collection and our resident oenophile and globetrotter Troy Seefeldt as they explore the diverse landscape and grape varieties of Germany. Discover the intricacies of Germany's renowned wine regions, unravel the unique terroirs that shape each sip, and delve into the secrets behind the country's esteemed wine traditions & innovations.

Participants must be 21 years old.
Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration may be transferable to another France 44 class if given a 48+ hour notice.
Please notify France 44 with any dietary restrictions or preferences.
Parking in our lot is limited, however, parking is available on 44th Street, France Ave, and Drew Ave S.

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR:

Amy Waller

Amy Waller's roots in hospitality go back to working at her mother's restaurant in rural Minnesota. In 2016 she worked at The Batchelor Farmer as the wine director and then joined the team at France 44 and Khaluna before joining the German Wine Collection.

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR:

Troy Seefeldt

Troy joined our wine team in 2024. He has his CWP and WSET III certification in wine. He left his technology career behind to pursue his passion in wine and wine travel. When Troy’s not selling our guests delicious wines, he’s more than likely traveling through wine country in Europe with his wife and fellow wine lover, Jenn. Troy loves bringing his wine adventures to life through his wine recommendations.
