Unleash your inner grill master at our Steak Grilling class, set against the backdrop of our rooftop patio! Led by our seasoned head butcher, Dewey, this class will teach you the secrets to perfectly grilled steaks. From selecting the finest cuts to mastering the art of seasoning and searing, Dewey will guide you through every step of the process.
You'll enjoy snacks and small bites from our Cheese Shop, samples of perfectly grilled steak, and house-made sides. Plus, attendees will take home raw steak from our meat shop to impress your friends and family at your next barbecue!
DIETARY: Please note that our cooking classes may include gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts, and/or meat products. Please state any dietary restrictions in the registration form or via email, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
IMPORTANT STUFF:
- Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration may be transferable to another France 44 class if given a 48+ hour notice.
- This class will take place rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, we will move the class inside to our demo kitchen.
- Please notify France 44 with any dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Parking in our lot is limited, however, parking is available on 44th Street, France Ave, and Drew Ave S.


MEET THE INSTRUCTOR:
Dewey Ikeda
Dewey is our Head Butcher here at France 44. He has nearly 20 years of industry experience and is constantly excited to share that knowledge with others who are eager to learn.
