WHAT YOU'LL GET IN THIS CLASS:
- chef-led demonstration

Get your inner Lady and the Tramp on with this romantic and hands-on pre-Valentine's Day class by mastering the art of colorful designer pastas. We'll be working with a few vibrant, colorful doughs to make enviable pasta worthy of a boutique partificio! We'll explore the fundamentals, from ingredient selection to how to create colorful doughs.
Roll up your sleeves, and knead and shape your pasta dough, culminating in a chance to savor your handmade delicacy paired perfectly with a glass of wine. Whether you're celebrating Valentine's, Galentine's, Palentine's, or just curious to learn the skill of layering colored pasta, your pasta will be sure to impress your date (or yourself!)
DIETARY: Please note that our cooking classes may include gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts, and/or meat products. Please state any dietary restrictions in the registration form or via email, and we'll do our best to accommodate. We do not have gluten-free crust at this time.
IMPORTANT STUFF:
- Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration may be transferable to another France 44 class, or, if given a 48+ hour notice, we can issue you a class credit.
- We love kids, and they are welcome in this class! All of our cooking classes are suitable for children 16+, and we welcome younger children as well, but please email us before you purchase a ticket so we can help determine if a particular class is appropriate for your kiddo! Children must be attended by an adult during the class.
- If you have dietary restrictions, please email austin@france44.com or call us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate all requests!
- Parking in our lot is very limited, and the center spots are 30 minutes only. However, parking is available on 44th Street, France Ave, and Drew Ave S. Please refer to THIS MAP for more parking information!
- If you would like to sit next to another attendee who has registered separately, please email austin@france44.com with your preferences.
MEET THE INSTRUCTOR:
Nora Dummer
Nora is a postpartum personal chef, caterer, and food writer who has taught cooking classes to kids and adults since 2013. She studied nutrition and culinary arts at Bastyr University and after 20 soggy years in Seattle, has returned to Minnesota to share her love of food and to convince her two young children to love any food at all.
