We're thrilled to be offering this unique class with our friends at Cafe Imports, premier importers of specialty coffee, where we'll dive into the world of sensory analysis. We'll use all our senses (and maybe discover some new ones) as we taste our way through two unlikely companions, coffee and cheese. We'll learn how to talk about food and why things taste the way they do in this interactive class.
IMPORTANT STUFF:
- Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration may be transferable to another France 44 class if given a 48+ hour notice.
- Please notify France 44 with any dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Parking in our lot is limited, however, parking is available on 44th Street, France Ave, and Drew Ave S.
