F44 Wine Dinners: Alsace with Sophie Schaal | November 4th | 6:00-7:30 p.m.

Join us for our newest offering at France 44: wine dinners! These dinners are all about celebrating traditional regional foods paired with some of our favorite wines from around the world in a convivial setting for an evening of casual education, good food, and, of course, good wine. Seating is limited to 24 diners.

For our very first wine dinner, we're proud to partner with our friends at Libation Project to celebrate all things Alsatian with winemaker Sophie Schaal! Sophie was raised in Burgundy, but over the course of her winemaking journey came to fall in love with Alsace. She's an intrepid winemaker who is able to pay homage to traditional Alsatian wines while adding her own spin to them. These wines are outrageously food-friendly and the perfect compliment to the hearty food of Alsace. We'll be pairing each of Sophie's wines with a variety of traditional Alsatian foods. At the start of each course Sophie and our culinary team will tell you a little bit about what we're serving you and why they work so well together.

This is a prix fixe menu that includes an amuse and 4-courses, each paired with a specific wine.
