Sure, Spain is known for arid landscapes, hot summers and bull fights. But there's also a part of Spain that's lusciously green, rainy and cool, and filled with minerally white wines and delicate, aromatic reds. This is where we'll head for the third class of this wine series, along with northern Portugal (Vinho Verde country)!
