Instructor: Winston Liu
Class type: Take Notes! | These are our classic "lecture-styled" classes, where you're given lots of in-depth information by a knowledgeable instructor. Anyone is welcome to attend, but these classes are geared toward folks with more than a passing interest in the subject.
WHAT YOU'LL GET IN THIS CLASS:
- A deep-dive, instructor-led tasting.
- 7 wines from across the Pacific Northwest.
- Individual cheese plate.
- Special pricing on all featured wines.
- Some lasting memories!
The Pacific Northwest has been producing some of the most celebrated wines in the US for decades now. Oregon's Willamette Valley produces world-class Pinot Noir in addition to hosting the International Pinot Noir Celebration, while Washington's unique high desert climate makes it ideal for everything from crisp Riesling to full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon. Join wine enthusiast Winston as we explore the iconic valleys and varietals of PNW viticulture with a few lesser known and experimental wines thrown in for good measure. Whether you're a cork dork or just curious about wine, this is the perfect class to go a little deeper into what makes the wines from the Pacific Northwest so special.
