Join Chef Natalie as we dive into the world of stuffed pasta! You’ll make pasta dough from scratch, roll it out, stuffed it with our delicious, house-made ricotta filling, and then cook it to order. We’ll cover two shapes in this class: the perennial favorite, ravioli, and the humble triangoli. You’ll get to enjoy a hot bowlful of your own stuffed pasta with a glass of wine and take the rest of your plumptious beauties home!

IMPORTANT STUFF:
- Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration may be transferable to another France 44 class if given a 48+ hour notice.
- Please notify France 44 with any dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Parking in our lot is limited, however, parking is available on 44th Street, France Ave, and Drew Ave S.
